Sharon B. Gregory of SBG Training Strategies has been an organizational development specialist for over twenty years.  With a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from La Roche College and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Robert Morris University, both located in Pittsburgh, PA, Sharon has worked throughout the United States and Canada teaching, speaking and developing courses for a vast array of corporate clients.

Sharon’s client list and partnerships include an impressive list.  PPG Industries, Mellon Bank, Texas Instruments, Coca Cola and many Fortune 100 companies in various industries have been repeat clients.  Her partnership with the Bergerac Group, Dallas, TX has lasted for more than 15 years.  Sharon is certified in Bergerac’s “Powertalk”, “Successtalk”, “Leadertalk”, “Trainertalk”, “Meetingtalk”, and “Customertalk” and has done many of Bergerac’s train the trainer sessions as a Master Instructor.

Sharon is also a TRACOM Associate that enables her to use their Social Styles and Versatility Assessments for improved communication, sales and management.

Throughout the years, Ms. Gregory has trained hundreds of management and professional level employees in the areas of Professional Selling Skills by Learning International;  Situational Leadership by Ken Blanchard;  Selection and Interviewing by Select International;  Change Management by Pritchett and Associates;  The Art of Execution by Stephen Covey;  and topics in communication skills, presentation skills, selling skills, marketing skills, organizational management skills, selection and interviewing skills, team building and coaching.

Besides classroom techniques that engage and challenge her participants, Sharon has also coached executives such as the President of Raytheon and executives for Thrift Drug.  She is a certified Continuing Education Instructor in most states for the Insurance Industry and has done hundreds of key note addresses for both profit and non- profit companies.
