Letter From Cheryl Senko
I would like to take a few moments to endorse Sharon Gregory
and update you on the services she provides for PPG and their clients.
I met Sharon about four years ago when I became the Manager of Continuing Education . Sharon had long been associated with our “train the trainer” program, and had a great history working with PPG as part of our Continuing Education and Training Departments.
Sharon has a unique ability to motivate others while conveying information that the student retains. You instantly feel like you are her friend, and can convey or remove any anxiety or issues that may distort the transmission of information from instructor to student. She brings a high degree of energy to her live training programs, and is consistently rated as “exceeds expectations” by students who attend her training seminars.
Sharon is easy to work with. Unlike other instructors who have a difficult time rolling with the punches or accepting and working with last minute changes, you can always count on Sharon to make you look like a star in front of your audience, and handle any unexpected difficulties that may arise seamlessly. She makes an extra effort to prepare before the class (checking classroom, materials, meeting arrangements, etc.) and is 100% accountable for making any training or live presentation that she is part of successful.
Sharon easily understands complex material and has a unique gift for helping others understand it as well. In the automotive collision and glass industry, RARELY does an outsider (who didn’t grow up in this industry) try and succeed in understanding our products and offerings. Not only does Sharon understand our place in the market, but she also motivates others to recognize changes in the industry which can dramatically impact the profitability of collision and glass retail centers. She is charming, unassuming, and catches her audience by surprise with her knowledge and expertise.
Please accept this letter as my heart-felt endorsement for Sharon Gregory and her consulting services. Whether you are looking for a partner to deliver a dynamite training program, design and coordinate course curriculum, or make a powerful presentation to a group during a seminar – Sharon Gregory has a proven track record of excellence that will in turn create a positive impression of you and your company. Feel free to contact me if I can answer any further questions or provide additional insight.
Sincerely,
Cheryl Senko
